      A series of single station machines is available from ramé-hart to fill the need for small to medium-size manufacturers of embryonic egg-cultured vaccines.

The semi-automatic egg machines incorporate the inoculating and harvesting components normally used in our fully-automated machines. Only the tray-handling and positioning mechanisms have been eliminated. In this way, although the trays must be loaded manually and the spent eggs manually unloaded, much of the cost of the automatic inoculating/harvesting system has been eliminated while still using the proven inoculating and harvesting methods.

Another advantage of the semi-automatic machines is that they can be easily modified to work with different size egg trays and other special custom requirements.

The semi-automatic machines are also available with the needle sanitizing option on the inoculator and fluid inspection and rejection on the harvester.

Disassembly and Cleaning

1.Removal of Harvesting Head

       a. Remove Harvest tubes from Harvesr nozzles

       b. Remove the thumbscrewa for each of the nozzle bars and remove each nozzles bar.

       c. Remove the harvest nozzles from the nozzle bar by pulling out the nozzle bayonet clips.                  The nozzle sleeve will fall away from the nozzle.

       d. Open the pinch bar and pull out the harvest tubes. 

2.Removal of Accumulator

       a. Empty the accumulator. Open the valve at the bottom.

       b. Remove the harvest tubes from the barbs at the top of the accumulator.

       c. Remove the vacuum tube from the top of the accumulator.

       d. Remove the top of Accumulator.

       e. Unscrew the tie rods that hold the upper and lower plates to the glass cylinder. 

3. Clean all machine surfaces

The nozzles, the nozzle bars and the accumulator may be autoclaved

The versatile, attractive unit is easily modified to become an on-line reader by switching to Wiegand output mode, allowing it to connect to any OEM controller and provide card and PIN output.

The ADA-compliant 12-position keypad features large white-on-black numbers, enabling PIN entry or programming, with optional audio feedback and a raised dot on the 5 key. For extra security, EntryProx's keypad incorporates the "invalid PIN" lockout feature, preventing unauthorized trial-and-error PIN code entry.

The reader also features faster programming, enabling end-users to batch load up to 2,000 HID cards or keytags, in any format up to 37 bits, by entering a single keypad command sequence. A Block Delete feature allows for efficient badge administration by deleting a sequential range of cards/keytags from the EntryProx by user location.

To gain access to the controlled door, the user present their card to the reader and / or enters their PIN code into the keypad. The units searches its memory for that card or Pin code. If the unit finds the card PIN Code, it unlocks the door or performs some other action that has been programmed for that user.

Request to Exit Input

When the EntryProx Request to Exit (REX) input receives a momentary switch closure, it engages the main relay for the programmed access time. It can be connected to a wall-mounted exit button, to a push button under a reception desk, or to the relay output of passive infrared motion detector mounted above the door on the secure side.

On My Place the Exit button function to release magnetic lock, and then the door can open.
